​Consultations will help determine what modalities may best address your health needs. Modalities may include herbal medicine, nutrition and/or lifestyle protocols, and Iatromántic healing sessions. Included in your consultation is either one custom-designed herbal care product (such as a tincture, tea, salve, etc.), OR 20% off an Iatromántic healing session, each a $30 value. Consultations are offered in-person in the Herb Yurt, or online via Zoom or FaceTime. Email Katrina to make an appointment. 

Iatromántic Healing Session

Katrina combines her extensive training and experience in Core Shamanic Healing techniques with her own ancestral Greek healing traditions of Incubation to create a unique, reconstructed Ancient Healing art called Iatromántic Healing. Incubation was a healing practice performed at the Temples of Asklepios in Ancient Greece. In Greek, iatró (ιατρό) means healer and mántis (μάντης) means seer/oracle. The Herb Yurt / Το Άδυτο

In-person Health Consultations and Healing Sessions are offered in a safe, private location in Portland, Oregon, called The Herb Yurt or Το Άδυτο which means "The Sanctuary" in Greek. This space also houses Katrina's herbal apothecary, and in-person herbal medicine-making classes are held in this special place.
