Rose Quartz Buttercream
100% natural, organic ingredients. Made by hand in Portland, Oregon. No fillers, chemicals, alcohols, synthetic preservatives, perfumes, or emulsifiers.
This luscious face and body cream is whipped with Rose damask steam-distilled rosewater, rose petal infused glycerite (made with vegetable glycerin), enfleurage of Rose damask petals in cold-pressed jojoba oil, aloe leaf juice, extra-virgin olive oil from Greece high in polyphenols, cold-pressed mango butter, and essential oils of palmarosa and benzoin. All ingredients are organic.
The swoon-worthy scent brings sweet and warm notes of fresh roses with morning dew and vanilla buttercream.
Each ingredient was selected for its skin nourishing benefits. Rosewater, rose glycerite, and aloe leaf juice hydrate and calm the skin; jojoba oil, whose molecular structure closely matches that of our natural sebum (skin's own oils), nourishes aging and damaged skin; mango butter plumps and firms, adds vitamins A, C, and E, essential fatty acids - and it has a natural shimmer, giving your skin a quartz crystal sparkle; Greek olive oil is packed with polyphenols, nutrients that are antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, helping to soothe and heal skin damaged by harsh synthetic skin care ingredients; natural unbleached beeswax creates a protective barrier on the skin to help seal the moisture in; and essential oils of palmarosa and benzoin give this whipped buttercream a sensual fragrance high in antioxidants and act as a natural preservative.
To add a little extra magic, each jar comes with a rose quartz crystal nested into the surface of the rich cream. Rose quartz is said to be the stone of unconditional love. May it be a soft reminder that you are worthy of giving yourself unconditional love.
Before first use, remove the quartz crystal. Wipe it clean and use it on your altar or carry with you. Apply Rose Quartz Buttercream to clean skin. A little goes a long way. Safe for use on face and body.
Depending on skin porosity, full absorption can take up to twenty minutes. It may feel a little oily or tacky immediately after applying, but will turn silky smooth after absorption. Alcohols are used in commercial skin care products to create "non-greasy" formulas. Because I do not put any harsh chemicals or synthetic ingredients into this cream, the initial sensation may be a little oily, but that will dissipate as the cream absorbs into your skin. Enjoy!
